THOMAS HASAL

Head Coach

Thomas Hasal is a Canadian soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for the Vancouver Whitecaps FC in Major League Soccer (MLS)
After playing for local clubs, academies as well as the Whitecaps residency, he signed with the Vancouver Whitecaps First team in early 2019. 
Hasal made his debut in the 2020 MLS is Back Tournament, beginning his professional career with a 239-minute shutout streak including clean sheets against Chicago Fire FC and Sporting KC at the MLS is Back Tournament. He became a finalist for the Golden Glove, Best XI, and Save of the Tournament. Hasal then went on to make 17 appearances to start his pro career.

BRETT LEVIS

Head Coach

Levis is as born and bred native of Saskatchewan as you can get for a professional footballer. Going from local club soccer to the University of Saskatchewan in 2011, Levis made the U SPORTS (then-CIS) national championships twice with the Huskies and won the CanWest conference in 2014, both firsts for program. Levis’ 29-goal return in his 50 matches for U of S caught the eye of the Vancouver Whitecaps, where he went on to make 24 appearances in MLS.

Levis then signed with Valour FC where he has been a key player and leader over the 2020/2021 seasons.

NIKOLAS BAIKAS

Head Coach

Currently a key member of the University of Saskatchewan Huskies, Baikas has experience with clubs in Uruguay and Greece as well as the Canadian Mens National Futsal Team. 
After graduating high school, Baikas left Canada and joined Danubio FC second team. After his spell in Uruguay, the game of soccer took him took Greece where he joined Ethnikos Piraeus FC. After returning to Canada following spells at these two clubs, he was invited to multiple camps with the Canadian Futsal National Team. Now, he is a vital part of the University of Saskatchewan Mens huskies team while continuing his studies and bringing his experience by coaching on the side. Baikas has coaching experience within the community and his Respect in Sport certification

CLAUDIA ERIKSON

Head Coach

Retired University of Saskatchewan Huskie woman's soccer athlete and current Happy Feet coach Claudia Erikson has experience playing at the highest level available for woman within Saskatchewan. Along with playing experience, Claudia exudes passion for coaching. She's coached at Evergreen, Astra, Happy Feet and Lakewood. Currently at Astra's Happy feet she puts her personality and experience into her work. She rounds out our staff with her specific insight into the woman's game. Claudia has coaching experience within the community and his Respect in Sport certification
